About
The strain that launched an empire. A cross of OG Kush and Durban Poison with a sweet, earthy, mint-cookie flavor. GSC redefined cannabis culture and spawned an entire family of elite genetics.
History & Origin
Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) was created by the Cookie Fam collective in San Francisco, led by Berner (Gilbert Milam Jr.) and Jigga. The strain emerged around 2010–2012 and took the cannabis world by storm with its unique flavor profile, colorful appearance, and sky-high THC levels (often exceeding 28%). GSC became the parent of Gelato, Sunset Sherbet, Wedding Cake, and countless other modern elite strains. The 'Thin Mint' and 'Platinum' phenotypes became particularly famous.
